What Are the Bank Requirements to obtain a Lease?
We use two lease-to-own banks: Acima and Snap Finance. They both have a minimum requirement of $1000 per month income, a checking account, and no recent overdrafts.
Why Does Acima or Snap Ask for my Checking Account Before Knowing if I am approved?
Acima and Snap are lease to own companies and not credit card or finance companies. They also do not run any major credit bureaus (such as Experian or Trans Union) – They Run a Clarity or DataX Report which checks for overdrafts, previous rentals, and utility payment data. They will not charge you to run this type of credit check.
How frequent are the payments due?
You can choose to have the payments coincide with your pay checks. For example: you may have the payment come out weekly or bi-weekly.
How does delivery work?
The bikes come 90% assembled and may require very light and easy assembly if shipped.
Does Acima or Snap perform a Hard Credit Inquiry on any major bureau?
No. Our banks (Acima or Snap Finance) do not perform a hard credit inquiry on either of the 3 main credit bureaus. They simply run a check from Clarity or DataX which are not used by traditional banks.
What are the lease term lengths?
Our lease to own program has term options of 12 or 18 months. Customers typically choose 12 months.
Is there an early pay option?
Yes. You may pay off within 90 days and avoid any fees! Should you pay off after, you will accrue the lease charge.
I am approved. What are the next steps?
Once approved, we will call you to confirm your E-Bike selection. Once confirmed, we have the lease agreement sent to your phone. Once this document is signed, the bike is all yours! We will have it delivered to your home or the dealer in which you performed the transaction.
